Stu’s 45+ year career spans a variety of industries and is rich in experience. Working in Special Events, Operating fine jewelry stores, Human Resources and Training to finally in 2001 Stu changed gears to work in the Mortgage Industry and became Vice President of a Fortune 500 company.

In 2007, Stu joined CBC National Bank Mortgage as Vice President and General Manager of the Mortgage Division. In 2011, Stu Was named Senior Vice President of CBC National Bank and assumed the role as Director of Human Resources for the entire enterprise.

As the head of Human Resources his is responsible for Payroll, Benefits, Training, Compensation, Employee Relations, 401K and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Administration and Recruiting. Along with the Leadership Team at the Mortgage Division he was able to grow a “Green Field” start-up which began in 2007 with 9 associates to a $2B enterprise in five short years.

Senior Vice President, Secondary Marketing

Todd is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and received his Bachelor’s degree in Finance at Georgia Southern University. Todd has over 24 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

He began his career with HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation where he served for 17 years. Most notably, Todd eventually became Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for HomeBanc where he managed Secondary Marketing, Product Development and the relationships with key investors including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae.

In 2009, Todd joined Amerisave Mortgage Corporation as Chief Operating Officer. During his time at Amerisave, he established a mandatory trade desk that provided enhanced loan sale execution, approvals and ability to sell direct to all the agencies, a servicing retention platform that grew to over $6 Billion in volume and was instrumental in the development of Amerisave’s Third Party Wholesale and Correspondent Channel.

In January of 2014, Todd joined CBC as Senior Vice President of Secondary Marketing. Todd oversees all of Secondary Marketing and Investor relationships, including the agencies.

In his first year with CBC, he successfully implemented a more efficient hedge and loan sale strategy that has stabilized the mortgage division’s profitability of gain on sale and has CBC selling to a wider core group of investors and direct to Fannie Mae.

Dan is Director, National Retail Group. He is a 30-year industry veteran in his eighth year with CBC Mortgage.

For the last 12 years, Dan has applied his leadership toward developing and supporting Retail, Consumer Direct, and HECM mortgage lending platforms inside banks. While President of Mortgage Lending at First Century Bank, the bank was recognized by the ABA Banking Journal as among the top 25 banks in the nation for return on investment. He has also held senior leadership and ownership positions in full service Independent Mortgage Banks, both public and private. For more than a decade, Dan served as owner and President of the Jarvis Street Companies. While at Jarvis Street, he developed the Strategic Giving Initiative.

Dan is an author, speaker, and he has served as an industry spokesperson. He has served as an officer, board member, and/or committee member for various professional associations on both the national and state levels, including as an original board member of the Georgia Real Estate Fraud Prevention and Awareness Coalition (GREFPAC).

Dan is a Graduate of Distinction from the Georgia Banking School and holds an ABJ from the University of Georgia. He was the recipient of the Outstanding Georgia Citizen award by the Georgia Secretary of State and also the Mark Schlueter award by the U.S. Olympic Swimming Coaching Staff.

Dan and his wife, Kelle, have been married for 30 years and have four grown children. The family produces a show that runs annually in Atlanta called Sterling’s Path.
